by another repair shop that I needed a new clutch for 2000
dollars. After you drove the vehicle that same day you indicated

is still fine!

replacement of my BoxsterS' MAF Sensor has made the car
a whole new experience. The drivability has improved ten-fold
and the car performs like I always envisioned a Porsche

as it's never run this smooth and strong.

about everything that I was interested in modifying on my

goal of turning my S4 into a B5 RS4 and now I have it. The
AWE RSKO4 turbo upgrade was everything I thought it would

After I had my injectors upgraded at Matrix, I was driving
around and suddenly the car wasn't running well and good
thing that I was close to my place. So, I called Jeremy
and told him what happened. 15 minutes later Justin and
Corey were diagnosing the car in my garage. I couldn't believe
that they want to do work after hours. I still remember
because I called him at 5:15 pm that day. It turned out
the car had bad coil packs. Justin told me that he can get
new coil packs by the morning and come back at 9 to install
them for me. The next day at 9 am as promised, Justin was
waiting outside my apartment building and had the new coil
packs installed in minutes. In my experience with any shops,
I've never had this kind of customer service before where
they keep their word. The crew at Matrix have simply given
me the best quality and customer service.

you get from Jeremy and his staff, but I gotta tell you,
it still blows me away! Over the past year or so he has
helped answer any and all questions I've had about Lord
knows how many things. And prior to this order, I've only
purchased a $40 coolant expansion tank and a boost gauge
from him. Not exactly "big ticket" items, but
he never hesitated to help me out with answers even when
I had problems with stuff I didn't purchase through him.
Like the timing belt kit I got from E*S. Due to an inferior
product (one of the rollers) I had to pay pretty much double
for labor and then fight with E*S to get a refund on the
part. Jeremy was there the whole time to help me fight by
answering all my questions.
My latest venture has been into the [K04] turbo upgrade.
I decided yet again to try an unknown (to me at least) vendor
in order to save myself a couple bucks. This is a loooong
story so to sum up, the turbos were sent COD by mistake.
So I was required to pay $33, but of course UPS only accepts
money orders or certified checks. I then had to fax the
info back to this vendor for my refund which I still haven't
received almost a month later. Next came the so called "install
kit" which hardly included everything needed. So I
talked to Jeremy when I was putting together my order for
the clutch kit and he took the time to make sure I had EVERYTHING
I needed, down to the last nut! He didn't have to do this,
but to quote him "It doesn't matter if you're ordering
new nuts or a full stage 3 setup; we're here to help."
You simply don't find service like this anymore these days.
His committment to providing the best parts and the best
service is simply unparalleled in the industry and it's
because of this that Matrix is a TRUE success story! He
gets my vote for customer service of the year!

Just wanted to let you know how happy I am with the work
you and your staff did on my S4. The Stasis/Koni Street
Sport is perfect for the driving I do. The ride is actually
better than stock and the handling is much improved (I'm
sure the Hartmann wheels and Michelins helped out here as
well). The Borla exhaust is a great setup also. I can actually
hear the engine now and it sounds so much better. As for
the GIAC, what can I say; it's terrific! At lower RPMs the
car actually seems smoother and the gas mileage is better,
but hit the power band and it's remarkable how it brings
that engine to life. Anyway, you not only carry great products
but your technicians are craftsmen and obviously take pride
in the work they do.

I just had to write. You guys at Matrix Integrated really
take care of your customers. Let me recap; last week my
rear brakes gave up on me two days before the scheduled
appointment. I called you Jeremy and you were able to squeeze
me in on that day despite the fact that you were already
fully booked. I had to tow the B6 in and it arrived there
by around 1:30ish.
You guys were able to troubleshoot the problem and give
me an update with a quote by 2:30. I went ahead and told
you to start repairing. However, there was one part that
you needed but you didn't have it in stock. So, Justin actually
drove out to the dealer (a 50min roundtrip with traffic)
and got the parts. Everything was finished by 4:45 the same
day!!! If this is not exceptional customer service, I don't
know what is.
I am so very grateful for having you guys around. As you
know, my '02 B6 has never been touched by anybody but you
guys after the original warranty ended. It now has 100,750
miles and is still going strong. I love having my beloved
ride serviced at your shop.

That being said, the car is awesome! I'm
really excited about all the modifications! I have been
very pleased with the GIAC performance chip! The ability
to switch between codes has been very beneficial. Most days
I am in stock mode because I drive roughly 115miles a day
and that particular mode provides me with the best fuel
efficiency. I also feel that the PUMP application is delivering
much more power than the previous chip that was in the car.
Ever since the modifications I have been thinking very hard
about the kind of suspension that I want on the car. STaSIS
seems to be the logical choice because of the familiarity
that your team has with their applications. If you have
time I'd like to get your take on that and the K04 turbos.

These guys epitomize professionalism and customer service
and satisfaction. A lot of companies offer the big bore
VR motors, but few are as professional as these guys.

Customer service, even if you're not a customer....yet.
Open honest posts on the Vortex, no BS. No apparent signs
of "We're too good for...attitude". Worst thing you can
do is be publicly condescending..
Great rep in the VW community, don't think
I've ever heard/read one bad comment. That says a lot right
there. People don't send their Corrado's across the country
to be worked on for no reason.
I know there's more, but that's enough
for me.
